@blog Partially agreed, but only partially. You have to consider that the people drawn to technology are often weird by societal standards. I'm sure that plenty of people would call me inhuman and unworthy of life and happiness if I told them these sort of facts about my life.

@noelreports Which Patriot missiles? There are multiple ones with big differences in capabilities and price.

Germany is already going to make PAC-2 GEM-T. Poland and Germany are trying to convince the US to let them make PAC-3 MSE. Lockheed Martin proposed a low-cost PAC-3 ACE missile, but its capabilities will be similar to PAC-2 GEM-T and much lower than PAC-3 MSE.

So which one will Ukraine assemble, and how many parts will it actually make vs import?

@davidrevoy @oddhack @DrJLecter Alcohol is a poor disinfectant for wounds. Better than nothing of course, but it's best to use modern antiseptics, like the mix of octenidine dihydrochloride and phenoxyethanol, which is sold under brand names like Octenisept, Oktaseptal, Help4Skin SEPTI-SPRAY, etc.
