Hi @dos I remember you from openmoko times. 😄 In my case, the reason is, that we filed a complained about purism with california, so the last thing they wrote to us (in 2023) is:
> Yes, your pre-order is now in the refund processing queue and it has been prioritized, however you sent several complaints to authorities, as soon as we resolve this the refund processing will be continued. Thank you for your patience!
The irony is that our complaint was that we still don't have our refund. 😉
