@deshipu @mntmn They probably do this to finally get the money so that they can either manufacture or refund the Librem 5 that I ordered from them in April 2019.

@josch @deshipu @mntmn Orders from 2019 have been manufactured and shipped two years ago already, and the whole queue was processed last year. They only get shipped after confirming shipping address, so if you didn't then your phone is still waiting in the warehouse.

Hi @dos I remember you from openmoko times. 😄 In my case, the reason is, that we filed a complained about purism with california, so the last thing they wrote to us (in 2023) is:

> Yes, your pre-order is now in the refund processing queue and it has been prioritized, however you sent several complaints to authorities, as soon as we resolve this the refund processing will be continued. Thank you for your patience!

The irony is that our complaint was that we still don't have our refund. 😉

@josch Well, refunds are another matter... 😫 Just wanted to point out that manufacturing of the phones is a thing from the past, they've been already produced with a surplus, so if you actually wanted to receive one you could for a while now.
