Und ja, Reversi könnte auch irgendwie für "Zurück in die Zukunft stehen", aber irgendwie glaub ich einfach wir kriegen in kürze ne VM zum Reversi spielen, und das VM-Image passt auf ne Diskette. 5,25". 😉

My new social media resolution; whenever I post anything, I'm going to imagine I'm a person that might feel targeted by it, not the person posting it, and think about whether it's written in a way that invites reflection or respectful dialogue. To paraphrase a Taoist sentiment, whatever is sent out, returns a hundred-fold. It's enlightened self-interest to be more conscious of what I'm sending out.

I just scanned a document for the first time on Linux. Very impressed!

Never really had the need. Now just plugged in the only scanner I had access to (hp), fired up @gnome Simple Scan, and boy does it live up to it's name!
Scanned a six-pager in 2 minutes (via "multi-page from flat bed") and directly saved to PDF.
Amazed. 😮
