It's more rewarding to make better apps for mobile #linux distros like #ubuntu_touch and #postmarketos and make them usable in existing Android devices than focusing on niche devices like #librem5 and #pinephone . At least that way, more people will use mobile linux as a secondary device.

#Librem5 and #Pinephone run at least #PostmarketOS beside other distributions like #Mobian or #PureOS.
If you develop for PostmarkedOS or #UbuntuTouch it is very likely that your Software will run on Librem5s and Pinephones also.
It is likely, too, that it'd be no big deal to package it for other distros or build a #flatpak to run it on any #Linux that can run a flatpak.
The ones who are working on the drivers for the linux kernel to run smoothly on hardware and the ones building apps are usually not the same persons.
@chrichri I think my post has been misunderstood. What I meant was the OS devs should target more android devices and make their OS usable in those. And the app devs should make more apps. Very badly worded, it seems.
