New week of (monday a day off) started w/ 11x 3 min just under w/ 1 min walk/jog. Ran from work to home, in all 11.8 km Inc. WU & cool down.
This week will have 3 lots of threshold training, following the ideas of the book I posted a few days ago.

Another round of (sub-) this time 6x 6 min w/ 1 min walk jog. Plus 15 min WU and a10 min cool down. in all 11.7 km w/ an avg pace 5'36"
Went well & felt good going into the final round.
That was my third threshold run this week, after a double day on Thursday. Next week 3 lots of threshold 😅
