More progress on hardware-accelerated video playback on the @thepine64 #PinePhone:
github.com/Rafostar/clapper has been worked on to have accelerated video playback.

@linmob builds gstreamer into the flatpak so that could even work out of the box (it also uses playbin3 to avoid copies). So the only thing missing would be GST_GL_API=gles2 which sets systemwide anyway for etc.
