I always did have one question in my head while watching this MR. If Collabora is heavily invested in Weston as its preferred Wayland Compositor for embedded linux usecases, why were they ok with you using work hours for adding a feature to Mutter?

@collabora It is without a doubt that Collabora played an instrumental role in making the Linux display stack a huge success story both for Collabora's finances and for the wider ecosystem. I hope they do the same with the Linux Desktop Environment.
