@charlie_rootMan, I can totally understand where you're coming from, but that's not what I mean. Why keep fighting them over this at all? If you start telling women how important it is to be stay-at-home moms, you're unlikely to find common ground with some of them — others are just going to "support their kin" and it will turn into a bloodbath. Just refuse to discuss their agenda and make something like taxation a central topic — this way a lot of them will see that you might have common goals, not only something to fight over, in this case indeed everyone wins and everyone will have the lifestyle they want. I'm not saying that most women are like that, but at least some of them might indeed be happy with their cats and their friends, not having a family, but even them might have something in common with you, why fight them?
The way I see it, dwindling incomes are way bigger problem in the US that guns or abortions or any of that shit and yet people keep fighting over it instead of seeing they have a lot in common. I find this rather dumb.
I'm not a US citizen, I'm only watching from the sidelines, but the way I see it, is that during Occupy protests the Left and Right have finally found common ground and as a response to that, the elites came up with dividing society again over things that are about lifestyle and that were never and probably never should be universally agreed upon. Are gun ownership and pro-life the most pressing matters at the moment? Doesn't look that way to me — they're just means to divide the society 🤷
@m0xee
Marriage rates are plummeting in America, China, India and the EU. Men are not stupid, we're not signing contracts where the women are literally rewarded for breaking them and then can get a legal noose over us with alimony and child support. The best I've seen lately is Florida might make permanent alimony a thing of the past and it has a time limit.
A bunch of old ladies are freaking out in Florida over this and I hope they lose their homes and starve, or get beaten by dark people in nursing homes.
