I can totally relate, same sleep issues here! Working out late is probably a bad idea, it makes you feel energized more often than sleepy if you are already exhausted. Reading is a good idea, I'm not into your circleβ¦ No, of course I've read the Bible, but it doesn't put me to sleep that well, old Don Knuth does a way better job. Sometimes my brain says: "Oh, fuck this shit, I'm out" after only a couple of pages in π

And yeah, watching some vids/movies on low volume does a surprisingly good job, but I've got addicted to that shit and now I can rarely fall asleep without some murmuring in the background. I'm not so sure that was a good idea after all π©

Yeah, usually I put on a documentary or asmr to fall asleep.
