@johns well, it looks like furrylabs, so it should be mandatory for all fedi users.
@bremner @johns That name is a choice. I predict the name will likely help to have the tech furry community contributing to early rollout development issues. The name may hurt long term adoption as many people do not want to be publicly associated with furry culture including many that actively participate. Do you want to tell your friends offline these phrases?

"Sorry, I can't install that app. I use the FuriPhone."
"Does your app support the FuriPhone?"
@johns it is meant as fury, but the domains were too expensive so they went with a pronunciation ambiguous look alike.
