They mention the shipping dates in their website news page. Aspen will be shipped out by October 24th. You should be receiving a batch email confirming which batch you want to try getting in, and then later when the phone is shipped you should get a shipping email where you confirm your modem.
When you get the shipping message it will indicate your current batch. They won't send the shipping message until it's being shipped out.
@briana That makes it kind of useless for finding out when I'm going to get it ahead of time. Not your fault, just a little irritating that there doesn't seem to be a way to find that out.
@briana I know all that. I've been following their blog posts. I already got the batch request message, but there's no indication of which batch I actually got. That's the information I'm looking for.
