I've tagged version 0.0.1 of - a client library.

The project was initiated and developed by
Sadiq (gitlab.gnome.org/pksadiq) in order to add Matrix support to chatty (gitlab.gnome.org/World/Chatty) for @purism

It has been a bit 😴 over the past months but my recent interest in derailed me and I had a look at the code base, cleaned up minor things and figured it might make sense to tag a release so here we go: source.puri.sm/Librem5/libcmat

Thanks @devrtz for the reviews!

@agx
Oh, i didn't know gnome was supporting 2 native matrix clients. 👍
@purism @devrtz

#libcmatrix #matrix #unifiedpush

@chfkch @devrtz Chatty is primarily for SMS/MMS (where it shines and is stable).

Chatty's Matrix support is *highly* experimental but it's a a great test bed for experimenting with push notifications (and we also made some good progress over the last days in getting it a bit more robust).

@agx @purism @devrtz not to be confused with cmatrix - a curses application that displays running symbols as seen in the movie

@agx @purism @devrtz Are you in the Matrix rooms (#unifiedpush:matrix.org and #unifiedpush-dev:matrix.org) ? There will be improvements on the specifications and reviews from interested people are very welcome !

@S1m @purism @devrtz I was in the non-dev variant only so far, thanks.
