I am not sure which is chicken, which is egg, but the #Nextcloud / #ownCloud #Tasks app is a to-do list clone which uses #CalDav - so it can integrate into your calendars across devices. There is at least an android app: https://tasks.org/

I use it across my #linux/#macos/#android devices (I do not have an iOS or windows device, do not know if it works there.) Integrates with Apple reminder and Google Tasks.

It is not quite naggy enough for me.
