Some of us in places much cooler continue to ride; where I used to live I would ride to about -10 to -20. The reason to stop was because of ice, not the temperature, because riding keeps you warm (my commute was 8 km each way, easy and quick, but sweaty in the summer, 35+.)

That said, now I work from home - and I seem to drive all the time.):
