@vincent - I’m never one to look a gift horse in the mouth, but are there issues with bird.makeup? Service load has been well over 100 minutes for the last week-ish and it’s over 200 now. Would standing up my own instance and using a previous release lower the service load any, or is this an issue outside of bird.makeup? Thank you for all that you do on the project, it's immensely helpful!
@booots Yeah I've been optimizing things every weekend, but it's been a race between that and people starting using it! But I should start winning that race again soon
In 99.9% of cases I don't recommend running your own bird.makeup instance, as it increase the moderation workload across the fediverse
