Looks like mastodon.social has blocked bird.makeup (I don't disagree with that decision btw). If you want to continue using that service you will have to move servers, unfortunately...

@vincent Well, that was fun while it lasted! I appreciate the work you put into keeping it all running, especially as that whirlwind of activity hit right over Christmas.
I'm hoping mastodon hits a critical mass where these kinds of bot accounts will no longer be required.
@vincent nice show of the federation edict - I want these follows so my instance happily accepts them. If you’re does, change instances or run your own. Your rules based on what you want.

Any ideas why it doesn't work for me. I'm pretty sure my server doesn't have it blocked. I loaded the account. I friended it, but I don't see anything on the profiles. Even if my instance is blocking it, shouldn't I see the posts on their profile or is my instance still blocking?
