It looks like Simple Mobile Tools (those orange Android apps) have been forked after the buyout so they can continue to have a non-corporate home. The suite is now called Fossify.
@makeworld any idea what happens to the simple mobile apps already on your phome? Do you avoid updating them?
@vbhide just export any settings/data, like your gallery favourites, then uninstall.
