Been on a low carb diet for the past few months. Weight has just been dropping off me ever since (18lbs so far) and I ever rarely feel hungry any more.
As times gone on I've spent more and more time watching videos and reading studies on this subject and came across this graphic today which I thought was worth sharing.
It shows how food types i'd always assumed to be healthy and consumed daily, due to low sugar content, are in actual fact causing the same issues as high sugar intake !!
