What will Ukraine's fate be?
@YorkshireTea the progression of the war in Ukraine makes much more sense if you view it as Russia+America Vs EU.

Things seem to be going according to plan.
@vbhide it's just my gut feeling of you follow the money. US gets to sell LNG (and weapons on a blank cheque which Ukrainians will have to pay for for decades and decades - loan lease) while Russia now is flooded with money from oil and gas almost making up for the USD and EUR it had that was frozen. Meanwhile who loses? Which countries will suffer the most. Europe especially Germany. If the war is prolonged over winter or even into next winter all of what I highlighted is further exaggerated.
