My double-jabbed, mask-wearing ex named Brandon is losing his mind. I’m worried for our 5-year-old about the EUA for the jab, probably happening this week. Our pediatrician is the “tie-breaker” for medical disagreements and I don’t think he’ll side on my side.
I meet with our parenting facilitator on Wednesday. I don’t know where she stands. I have all the rational arguments against the jab. Please share your advice in terms of breaking “mass formation.” Thank you. 🙏
@Andijayne tell him and the 'tie breaker' doctor to agree to an indemnification agreement where they bear all costs associated with any post vax symptoms.
Also in the same agreement : 'specifically, x and y shall bear all costs for the following, whether or not directly related to the jab - myocardotis, blood clotting (add to list)'
Maybe to push the point : x and y shall buy a life insurance for the 5 yo, the proceeds of which shall pass to you in any unfortunate event.
@Andijayne let them put their money where their mouth is, and hopefully if they dont, you get grounds to sue and block the action
@Andijayne Also, write a seperate letter to the 'tie breaker' properly outlining the risks as per the available stats and the risk/benefit. Make it clear to him that if he nonetheless decides to say yes he could be the subject of a lawsuit in case of future problems.
@Andijayne You're welcome, good luck!
