I bought a used T450 off of ebay for $200 and have been happy with it. The trackpad is a bit sluggish, but I got a chance to use another thinkpad and experienced the same thing.
@tigzikk @Main_Tomato quite like the Yoga version I have. Touch screen and Wacom digitiser.

@InsertUser I could see that appealing for graphic design. Is the yoga the version with plastic body?
I guess it also depends on what @Main_Tomato@uwu.social wants to use it for. My suggestion was purely around an option with decent performance for minimal $
@tigzikk @Main_Tomato Lenovo has several that they call yoga (anything where the screen can fold back to act as a tablet). In the ThinkPad range I think there were 2 when I last looked. I got the one with discrete graphics. The look is very much a "classic" black plastic ThinkPad, but without the traditional bulk.
