But I eventually realized that anyone undertaking this is going to have family and medical professionals making sure they understand the permanent ramifications of this choice. This bill limits personal autonomy and that is why it _should_ be stopped.

Also sec 2 paragraph 4 -> would be illegal to circumsize male infants or remove moles and skin tags from minors in SD.
