i look at you
you look happy
you look like you just overcame a big challenge
you look like you remembered the challenges you overcame in the past
you look happy

i look at you
you look happy
you look like you care about us
you look like you would always care about us regardless on whats going on
you look happy

i look at you
you look happy
you look like you struggled so much with life
you look like you struggled so much yet you never lost sight what you hold dear
you look happy

i look at you
you look happy
you look like you happily sleep
you look like you happily sleep knowing that there are a lot of people out there that care about you
you look happy

i look at you
you look happy
you look like you could wake up any moment
you look like you could wake up and continue to be a nice and caring person
you look happy

but you wont wake up anymore
because the bed you are sleeping in is not your bed.
because the bed you are sleeping in is your coffin.

i look at you
you look happy
you don't need to overcome challenges anymore
you don't need to worry about us anymore
you don't need to struggle anymore
i will never forget the sad memories with you
i will never forget the good memories with you
i will never forget you

i look at you
you look happy

farewell, dear grandmother. i'm going to miss you
@lumi @seven @alexa apple could decide at any moment that your phone is obsolete and could die at any moment due to planned obsolescence. they just simply remove support for any app you want at any time without having the option to even download the old version again
@lumi Apple's security is a joke. It's not actually that secure because the source code hasn't been tested by anyone. Dumbasses say it's more secure, but it's more likely that an iPhone exploit is gonna break an iPhone than on android because the userbase on android usually knows better and iPhone users were told to be careful, they were told "your data is safe on our phone no matter whatever you do when it clearly isn't. Nobody know how many goddamn times iCloud was hacked.
>Buoyed by a strong oil sector in the 1960s and 1970s, Venezuela's governments were able to maintain social harmony by spending fairly large amounts on public programs including health care, education, transport and food subsidies. Literacy and welfare programs benefited tremendously from these conditions.[38] Because of the oil wealth, Venezuelan workers "enjoyed the highest wages in Latin America".[39] This situation was reversed when oil prices collapsed during the 1980s.

@terryenglish they wuz fascist and shiet

yes that destroys the trotskyist
@terryenglish well yeah Mussolini came up with Fascism because he grew dissatisfied with the Marxist movements (he also got kicked from them for trying to be pro-war during WW1 to bring about the economic conditions of misery that might make a revolutions possible, similar to what Lenin thought "that the worse things are the better they are" for the conditions of a revolution, I'm paraphrasing him there)
@terryenglish to sum up the economic policies of Fascism think of a mixed economy, so like the Social Democrats but of course without Democracy although there were unions

take a look at this
>A former school teacher, Mussolini’s spending on the public sector, schools and infrastructure was considered extravagant. Mussolini "instituted a programme of public works hitherto unrivaled in modern Europe. Bridges, canals and roads were built, hospitals and schools, railway stations and orphanages; swamps were drained and land reclaimed, forests were planted and universities were endowed".[21] As for the scope and spending on social welfare programs, Italian fascism "compared favorably with the more advanced European nations and in some respect was more progressive".

>When New York city politician Grover Aloysius Whalen asked Mussolini about the meaning behind Italian fascism in 1939, the reply was: "It is like your New Deal!".[23]

and on some things that Lenin did
> Initially, the non-fascist trade unions and later (less forcefully) the fascist trade unions were nationalized by Mussolini's administration and placed under state ownership, conforming to Vladimir Lenin's earlier policies to eliminate independent labor unions in the Soviet Union.[29][30] Under this labor policy, Fascist Italy enacted laws to make union membership compulsory for all workers.[31]

and for good measure

>Roosevelt was also a secret admirer of Mussolini, writing to his friend John Lawrence, "I don't mind telling you in confidence, that I am keeping in fairly close touch with that admirable Italian gentleman."[42] FDR also wrote to U.S. Ambassador to Italy Breckinridge Long about Mussolini, "I am much interested and deeply impressed by what he has accomplished and by his evidenced honest purpose of restoring Italy and seeking to prevent general European trouble."[43] According to ex-Marxist[44] Lewis Feuer, FDR privately acknowledged that β€œwhat we were doing in this country were some of the things that were being done in Russia and even some of the things that were being done under Hitler in Germany. But we were doing them in an orderly way.”[45]

thus Mussolini did similar things without an unnecessary civil war and famine, some communists were executed iirc but the level of repression wasn't comparable to the famines brought by the October Revolution, I should add that Fascism as a mixed economy would indeed retain Capitalism and not work towards Socialism (just like the Social Democrats of today)
tfw Roosevelt got inspired by Mussolini's economic policies
