@terryenglish Some schools sometimes are doing it, rarely, society changed, schools expect parents and teenagers to learn such things rather at home. It varies from country to country. By the way, I don't think it will be much different in 100 years, probably worse due to surveillance and control of population.
@terryenglish While Internet may be used in such clubs, it is open for members, and public is welcome to become member per day, week or month, or year. They could use computer for unlimited time.
