@brad @terryenglish btw oktoberfest is just the one foreigners know. Every village to city here has their own wine and beer festivities. Most have multiple a year. Most of the time with a live band and no, you cant just buy coke instead there. Even german christmas markets (which dont exist in the US I think), mostly revolve around glühwein/mulled wine.
