(We can't do anything about that – it's a pseudo-standard from Microsoft, with many issues, and not recommended for long-term data storage.) When using LibreOffice, it's best to use the software's native Open Document Format – .odt – which is a fully open and standardised format.

Supporting free speech does mean hate speech, but doesn't mean you agree with hate speech or are hateful, just that we shouldn't censor others like 1400s Catholics.
