I think the hypervisor this server runs on has been running low on memory since @josh started adding more stuff. I've shut down some test containers and re-allocated some memory away from the Matrix server towards the Pleroma.

Synapse runs bad regardless of how much RAM you give it, I'll keep taking more memory away from it until performance on Pleroma improves.
