Got hired for a seasonal job after a quick hire event. The job training video spent most of the time telling employees to spy on one another and report if you notice if one of your coworkers is acting weird, have self-harm scars, or unusable bruises.

The second most talked about thing in the video was encouraging new hires to not be offensive and if you do get offended go and complain to manager. It does not matter the intention of the joke only if it offends someone. You are also not required to tell the person who offended you to stop.

Ugh , jeez. They mention jack shit about work place safety around heavy duty machinery. Or the details about each department.
