People constantly criticizing Elon (or even just billionaire influence over the media) on the birdsite w/o providing an alternative way to follow them is strange behavior. Lazy? Performative? WTF do they think they are doing? People I thought were smart are acting like idiots. #fediverse

@wjmaggos Jeff Bezos buying the Washington Post should have elicited more outrage than it did. Perhaps because is an interactive platform that it's seen as a more important institution and thus has wider implications for free expression and opinion.
