I always seem to encounter racists, mysogynists, transphobes, homophobes, antivaxers, antimaskers and all other types of bigots on fedi on regular basis. I usually never interact with such deranged people since they are obviously trolls who have nothing better to do in their lives. They do bring down my mood. I take out free time from my schedule to check what other people post on fedi and I encounter these deranged people instead. I assume that I am on a pretty safe instance that blocks such negative elements in the society but every now and then new unregulated instances show up that start hosting these negative elements of society. Do you think there a proper solution to this problem?
