UEFI was a step backwards. Legacy BIOS was the right way to go. Only changing MBR with GPT (because honestly, MBR sucks).

@enigmatico UEFI is like most technology, 2 steps forward 1 step backwards. I wish they would redo secure boot so it empowers users instead of vendors and Microsoft.
