@terryenglish I know for us the complex tax code serves as a disincentive for it more than likely it’s the same for other countries along with the cons of it

@overflow Also an investment bank that operates specifically for lending to worker cooperatives. Something that could be possibly made by an alliance of credit unions which are pretty well established at least in my country.
