@stux There's a history or deep technical and personal disagreements between the mastodon and pleroma developers. That's why there is the formation of the two camps and a good deal of animosity. It's all pretty silly looking in from the outside. @cowanon @Talloran @KoalaBeans@mstdn.social

@happynigger The one that comes to mind was an argument a while back around the handling of blocks and how on mastodon it would throw an error or say the account didn't exist when a user would try to look up an account that has blocked them. I believe the pleroma devs didn't like the idea of the software lying to the end user. @Talloran @cowanon @KoalaBeans@mstdn.social @stux
