@IceWolf Ah, I see! That's a better goal, though like you said it's really draining as well. I used to be more vocal about blocking stuff last summer, when Gab joined fedi and there was _a lot_ of discourse (or rather screeching) going on. For example, I posted a series of screenshots of imaginary applications where blocking was implemented similarly to Tusky, except more extreme. I wanted people to understand how features like that may have bad consequences later on.
But I didn't like the attention I got and I noticed that all this negativity I surrounded myself with started to have negative effects on me. So I toned it down, moved to a more wholesome instance, and now I try not to get too invested into that topic again.

Imagine being a leftist but you hold the ordinary laborer in contempt because he is ignorant and uneducated (racist, bigot, etc) the way ordinary laborers have always been.
