I hate the way Pleroma handles mute. Need to check settings to see if there is some way to totally hide this shit.

@judgedread There should be a setting you can set to hide content and notifications from muted users.

@judgedread I think it's under the menu when you click the gear wheel at the top.

@terryenglish Yeah, just found that. But due to the way FSE is set up it does not retain the setting between sessions.
@terryenglish I clear cookies every time, it would be retained if I were a normie who had a few gigabytes of tracking cancer cached.

@judgedread I usually just setup a whitelist of sites that I want to keep cookies on but I definitely understand not wanting to deal with that nonsense.

@judgedread @terryenglish Yeah, I used to do that, too, and it drove me nuts that my theme got reset every time, among other settings. I eventually installed an extension to handle cookies instead. I whitelist my instances' cookies, while those from all other sites get nuked when I close their tab (don't even have to exit the browser).
