30, 60, or 90 minutes.. no longer or it messes with sleep.

Anything over 30 minutes will mess up my sleep. 15 minutes is probably a good amount. 🤔😴

@terryenglish @theblessing if she does overdo it, can always mitigate it's effects by doing jumping jacks or pushups
