@icameheretoawoo It used to be a thing, back when bandwidth was more expensive. So you could upload on a faster connection, or download torrents, or just do creepy shit on someone else's service, lol. I don't know why you would do this now UNLESS you are alone in an apartment building and do not want to pay for service. Some people do not like other people and have very little money, i reckon.
