@octet33 i think it's funny. i prefer not to think of it as us and them, tbh. i call 'em conservitards too. in the end, (i hope), we all want what's best for america and the world. probably not those crazy alt-right fuckers. i'm sure they want to see everyone but america burn, so fuck those guys. i think it's more important to extend a welcoming hand to the other side than to shun or mock them

@jg @octet33 plenty of them on FSE, Gab, witches.live, octodon... I could go on. It tends to be the right wingers who call me that though, since the left wing authoritarians just block me immediately and then make cringy "please all block this guy's instance' posts.

It depends. There is much that left and right wing libertarians disagree on. Economics being a big one. I would say though that if they're not open to conversations with other libertarians though than they're not really left libertarians.

That's another thing about Antifa, they feel like something from a bygone age. Maybe they could justify their existence of there was militant right wing extremists doing many of the same things but that simply isn't the case. This isn't 70 years ago, things have changed a lot.

They absolutely are. The dynamics inside such groups are very cult-like as well. Real left wing libertarians like Noam Chomsky describe them as they are: an often self-destructive movement that is counterproductive and usually indirectly aids the radical right instead of blocking it.
