All things are wearisome; more than one can express; the eye is not satisfied with seeing, or the ear filled with hearing.
What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done; there is nothing new under the sun.
Is there such a thing of which it is said, "see this is new"? It has already been, in the ages before us.
The people of long ago are not remembered, nor will there be any remembrance of people yet to come by those who come after them

What do people gain from all the toil at which they toil under the sun?
A generation goes, and a generation comes, but the Earth remains forever.
The sun rises and the sun goes down, and hurries to the place where it rises.
The wind blows to the south, and goes around the north, round and round goes the wind, and on its circuits the wind returns.
All streams run to the sea, but the sea is not full; to the place where the streams flow, there they continue to flow

In 2019 nurses in Canada were like:
You can't force us to wear masks, they don't work.
2020: they stop everything included imaginary ones

Sadly with chip shortages still going on that act may be discourged for atleast another decade while countries reorganize and ramp up new chip production.
@societyoutcasts @Aether
Lol. To a degree it sounds like companies see the end coming of them and are trying to ditch the progressives and diversity hires last minute to try and save themselves.
>Lawd Dem Rangz cost $1b

>Amazon cuts 10,000 employees

Just assume an average salary of $100k and wow! Look at that coincidence!
@DasSauerkraut @societyoutcasts It is a web hosting company with loss making online retail and entertainment arms.

On top of that it has a lot of DOD/CIA contracts
@Aether @societyoutcasts
I'm aware, and its sad they're such a heavily used web host as their prices make most ventures unfeasible.
Its just ludicrous how much free gibs that company gets and still gets to be a company. They basically have USPS as their bitch.

>SNAP going down
Had to look it up, SNAP being snapchat, I forget it exists, never used it.
@Aether @societyoutcasts
>LOSES FIVE BILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR

No actual corporation does this! Bezos you faggot admit that Amazon is just a government institution! We all know it, and there is no other feasible way to have been dumping money like that!
@societyoutcasts Amazon has yet to confirm when but they have already announced they are cutting 10,000 before the end of the month.

finance.yahoo.com/news/amazon-to-lay-off-10000-workers-as-soon-a-this-week-report-165308894.html

>The layoffs will impact Amazon's Alexa business, as well as the company's retail and human resources divisions, according to The Times. Amazon's Alexa group, which produces its Echo hardware and associated software, loses up to $5 billion a year, The Wall Street Journal reports, citing internal documents the paper reviewed.

>The 10,000 jobs make up some 1% of Amazon's 1.5 million global workforce. The Times reports that the final number of planned layoffs could change between now and when they're announced. Amazon announced a hiring freeze on Nov. 3.

@DotardTed
> Do you think there was a ceremony?
There most definitely was! According to memes, General Surovikin was awarded a special medal for taking the raccoon!

@useless_idiot

Facebook parent company meta lays off 11,000 people. Amazon lays off 10,000 people. More of this will happen. Google and other tech companies will follow suit. Just as was predicted

NBC News Admits Anti-Vaxxers Were Right About COVID Shots Causing Myocarditis

"NBC News is finally admitting what Infowars has been reporting for years: the so-called COVID vaccinations are resulting in severe adverse side effects like myocarditis."

Still they report there have only been a 1,000 reports of myocarditis and they all recovered.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Great numbers of (healthy) people already died of this condition alone after the jabs.

To this extent I'm really interested to know how the age breakdown of people on the . On one hand it would seem to make sense to me that most people here remember the "old internet" before the centralization and they're here to rekindle that flame of independence. On the other hand the youths are generally pretty up on this whole technology thing. I grew up on the internet and since then smartphones have become even more ubiquitous.

A "racist" dogleash has the neighborhood freaking out... Somebody ought to call Jussie, Bubba or Obama for help. Perhaps they need 12-14 FBI to investigate the leash.
So sick of this bullshit.

When the guy who got rich off of Amazon tells you this a week before Black Friday... Fuuuuuck

"Bezos recommended American households delay big-ticket purchases such as new TVs, refrigerators, and cars, given the risk that economic conditions worsen. Similarly, he suggested small-business owners consider holding off on investments in new equipment, and build their cash reserves instead."
