This is one of the best comprehensive explanations for why NFTs and blockchains and cryptocurrencies and basically everything associated with them are bad and don't do what the right-libertarian crypt-bros think they do, and just as bad even though they don't actually do any of that. I can almost promise you that even if you're sensible and know how stupid this all is that it's actually worse than you think.
@sam Nah thanks, if I want to gamble with my money I better play into etf than nft, that stuff is similarly intangible but at least understandable, although being driven by similar mechanic nowadays it is still derived from tangible securities therefore have own trend apart of the hype.
@ruff yah, nft's in particular really are a classic scam. Don't worry though, if you hold on to them long enough they'll definitely be worth something some day! It's just a way to pump liquidity into the system so those in the know can cash out before you realize you've been had.
