Due to a version bump and mismatch between debian/mobian repositories, apt full-upgrade/dist-upgrade currently wants to remove phosh and gnome-control-center.

@rbrown You can tell your "friend" that most of the mess has been fixed in mobian unstable already but evolution and evince are still lagging behind. You *might* need to have to reinstall the meta-packages mobian-phosh-phone and mobian-phosh in order to get all the necessary dependencies back. If that leads to unresolvable conflicts and missing packages we are still not there...
