@djsumdog at this point how old is your order. Have they actually released any product. They've always felt like vapourware.
They offered to ship it 4 years after the order (I had moved twice in this time) and the device was already out of date. I keep asking for refunds and they refuse. It wasn't a crowdfund, it was an actual pre-order. There are posts where people have used Wayback to show how Purism has kept changing their terms. They did offer refunds initially but then stopped.
