@p @djsumdog @purism well, their post is advertising a laptop which is *out of stock*, costs $1,400 (the same cost as an RK3588 MNT Reform with double the RAM), and uses a 6 year old CPU. They charge $170 if you want to replace the stock 256GB SSD with a 500GB SSD.

which is kind of suspect imo.

I ordered a Phone in 2019 and moved three times before they were ready to ship it years later. They refused any requests for a refund (it wasn't a crowdfund, it was a pre-order) and they literally changed the terms of their sales agreement on their website.

I've debated compiling all the e-mails and taking it to small claims court and seek the maximum the local courts allow, but I'm really lazy and it doesn't seem worth the time.

Shit company and I'm really shocked they haven't gone under yet.

@djsumdog @purism Just send them an email if you haven't already and follow up - they will ship your phone.

My experience was that they are very slow and probably underfunded / understaffed but they do get around to shipping the phone. I was lucky to receive mine around a month after ordering, but the laptop took several months!

I don't want the phone, I want a refund. Why would I want a phone 6+ years out of date? They have stopped responding to all my e-mails. I will have to take legal action if I want anything.
