@purism did you haves thought about providing your laptops in more modular way with part numbers like IKEA furniture where one is compatible with another ? I mean not only electronics internal but all parts. E.g small touchpad and overall appearance is something which prevents me from buying when I have e.g XPS13 Developer Edition by side. At the same time I get that you need to scale in batches. But if you could assure me I can replace front plate fpr bigger touchpad in future I would go for it
