This question has actually been answered in their FAQ. The best alternative to having both parties use a Librem 5 phone is to use an E2EE Messenger. 😎 🔒 🛡️

So if you have a Librem 5 and the person you are texting does not, then the conversation is not private on their end correct? google or whoever can still capture your conversation on the receiving android and/or Apple if they’re using iOS right?
Same with phone conversations?
