IDK, Guatemala is pretty bad. My friends are telling me that you cannot keep a bank account with a lot money. The tellers in the bank call the gang members to harass you or kidnap your family in exchange for money. That is pretty bad you know. I cannot imagine#Baltimore being worse than that.
