@moshtodon Not getting protain from animal products is such a revolutionary though that people go insane, it is hard to accept that protain can be obtained from vegetable, legumes and beans among other products due to world indoctrination for a couple of 100 years now.

@pookito I'm not sure it's an indoctrination rather than just ignoring the basis of nutrition while having a very carnist culture.

@moshtodon When I wrote about indoctrination I meant advertisements that we have all been through in our lives. Teachings like eating 3 meals a day or 6 meals a day including animal protein on each one of them and such. Here in there are tribes that eat onece every day or couple of days, and they are one of the helthiest people in the world. Over 200 years ago people use to understand those things. Now, we are forgetting how to eat ๐Ÿค” ๐Ÿ˜ช. now we are paying the concequences of it. โœŒ๏ธ

@pookito AFAIK tribes in Peru are very unreachable so I really doubt we could analyze their health, specially with cases like the woman with hepatitis C and AIDS who barely could speak Spanish. But I get the rest of the post.

PS: I just came from being 10 days in Lima haha and it was great!
