If you do take a nap during launch, do you have the same kind of problem/solution processing as you do with a full night's sleep?
Seeing how often I solve problems in the first 10 minutes in the morning that I wasn't quite sure how to solve the day before - being able to replicate that a second time per day would be neat.
@petrisch yep https://zignar.net/2020/03/22/from-synchronous-planning-to-hammock-driven-development/#hammock-driven-development
What I'm wondering is how short/long the background processing part ought to be to give best results.
I suspect one might find patterns akin to what's discovered in regard to learning with spaced repetition (https://github.com/open-spaced-repetition/fsrs4anki/wiki/Spaced-Repetition-Algorithm:-A-Three%E2%80%90Day-Journey-from-Novice-to-Expert)
(Or maybe I'm just looking for an excuse to take naps :p)
