Given the amount of bug reports with screenshots of code instead of code as text I'm starting to think that it was a bad idea for Github to make image pasting as easy as it is.

It wouldn't surprise me to hear that they're already working on a solution that uses OCR (with AI of course) to make it easy to copy the text of an image.

In my first job people used to take photos, insert them into a word document, send the word document via email, then print the mail, and walk to the office room I was in, wave the A4 paper and ask if I saw the email.

So I guess it's progress.

And it seems to work, their issues often get solved.

@mathias in that case you can't even call them lazy. I had a coworker printing error messages in color and the distance to the printer was longer than to my desk. I mean, its documented at least..
